🧹 Inventory Reset
Use only when starting a new inventory cycle. Stock becomes 0 and stock movement history is cleared. Customer orders, customers, receipts and order history are preserved.
Important: this does not delete orders. It also prevents old confirmed orders from adding stock back after the reset if they are later cancelled.
🔐 Admin Security
Change the Admin password whenever you need to. Passwords are stored as secure hashes.
🔑 Password Recovery Key
Set a separate recovery key of at least 12 characters. Keep it offline and do not use your normal password.
After changing the password, your current Admin session will be signed out and you must log in again with the new password.
